Whoaa that looks SICK! Nice job!! How do you like the nearly frictionless feel compared to the original? It definitely took me some getting used to and fine tuning of my sensitivity settings. I think it also helps to make sure it's firmly rooted to the desk and can't wiggle or wobble at all.

@MxRemy Thanks! I agree that it is too sensitive. Haven't had a chance to try to accommodate for that as yet.
Since reassembling it, I've been struggle to get all the button presses to register reliably. I'll have to try some spacers and also probably re-print the lens cover.
